Program Compliance & Practice Analysis
With the continuously increasing resources directed towards prevention and detection of healthcare fraud and abuse, an effective compliance program is essential. Not only does an active compliance program serve to mitigate vulnerabilities, it also demonstrates that the institution does not act with willful disregard to behaviors and practices within the institution, which would be considered non-compliant.

NBS provides a compliance program specific to areas of risk for wound care and hyperbaric medicine.

With years of experience in all aspects of regulatory compliance, our team will perform a quality evaluation of your wound care and hyperbaric medicine program to identify areas of non-compliance, or increased risk. Additionally, NBS will determine if instances identified are random, or more of a systemic problem. Upon completion of the analysis, NBS will assist the institution in the development and implementation of any necessary corrective plan of action.

A companion analysis of operational procedures and policies is also performed. Where hyperbaric treatments are offered, this analysis extends to chamber operations and safety procedures, and compliance with the various oversight organizations.
