Registration for 2010 Training
March 8-12 - COST:
$850.00 for all attendees
- HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
A room block has been arranged at the Marriott Hotel in Columbia. A special rate of $119.00 is offered to registered attendees, for single or double occupancy. The Marriott Hotel will provide airport transportation and daily transportation to and from the hospital for the days of the training course at no additional cost. Breakfast at the Center City Grill is complimentary each morning, wireless internet and self-parking is also provided at no charge.
It is your responsibility to make hotel reservations directly by contacting our Marriott Group Coordinator, Chris Johnson, at +1 (803) 744-6906 or via e-mail address at cjohnson@pyramidhotels.com from 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST Monday through Friday. If you wish to make a reservation outside of normal business hours, please leave a voicemail and Mr. Johnson will return the call with your confirmation number the next business morning. Be sure to identify yourself as being with the Hyperbaric Medicine Group. Please make your reservation as soon as possible and no later than 21 days prior to course date to receive the reduced rate.
