Program Management
Where established hyperbaric medicine programs are failing to meet clinical and financial expectations, NBS offers a management solution. Cohesive multifaceted program support, based upon a well-established clinical model, is implemented and administrated by NBS. The goal of the management service is to stimulate and maximize all key program aspects. It is facilitated by an on-site NBS program manager, who will closely liaise with the client institution's administrative, management, marketing, financial and clinical teams. All of the NBS "center of medical excellence" methodology is incorporated into this program management option.
